Music is such a great communications medium - it helps build rapport and break down barriers. My international / multi-cultural team gave me excellent feedback regarding your event. It was a great choice and appealed to everybody - Overall a great success on the night and a great storyline for future meetings! They really enjoyed learning to use the instruments / play together as a group and get to know each other outside of the office formalities. I received a lot of positive feedback and comments - they all enjoyed the experience!

Aside from the constant howls and tears of laughter, it proved a unique way of getting people from different departments who didn't necessarily know each other mixing together, and thoroughly enjoying doing so. One month later they are still talking about it!! Overall, it was a very rewarding experience and it will be on the top of the list for future events.

Team Samba provided a superb drumming workshop for our IBM event in London. Dave is very skilled and creates a really fun and creative environment. The workshop was very well received by all participants and much positive feedback was received.

The buzz was evident from the first lesson! The sense of fun from doing something so different from our "day job" was fantastic. Management and staff all starting at the same level working towards the same goal - harmony!!! We enjoyed it all so much that we are going public at our Christmas party. How's that for confidence and team work!!

The whole team are still talking about how much fun it was. You really got everyone engaged despite the mix of cultures, ages and personalities and I got great feedback from the team on your interaction with them. Splitting the team up into groups to come up with original ideas worked really well. Everyone felt a huge sense of achievement when it all come together, I genuinely think it has helped everyone bond more as a team. A huge thank you for making it such a successful activity!
